Privacy Policy

Who we are
StokCrew is operated by GloBox LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("GloBox", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website at stokcrew.com (the "Website") and in the StokCrew app at app.stokcrew.com (the "App"; together, the "Service").
StokCrew is a business tool for Amazon sellers and is not directed at anyone under 16. Questions about this policy go to admin@stokcrew.com.
What we collect
When you visit the Website
- Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, referring sites, countries and browser types without cookies and without identifying you across sites.
- Technical logs. Our hosting providers record connection details such as IP address and browser type to keep the Website secure and running.
The Website does not set cookies.
When you use the App
- Account details. Your email address and name, from Google sign-in or the email sign-up form, and the team members you invite.
- Amazon data you connect. When you authorize StokCrew through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, we receive data about your seller account, such as orders, inventory, fees, settlements, listings, shipments, reviews, feedback and advertising results. Where Amazon provides information about your customers (for example, a shipping address for a multi-channel fulfillment order), we use it only for the task it was provided for and handle it under Amazon's data protection requirements.
- Business data you add. Suppliers, products, costs, purchase orders, shipments, payments, documents and similar records you enter or upload.
- Connected services. If you connect Gmail, Google Drive or Slack, we access only what each feature needs, such as sending supplier email from your mailbox or filing documents into a folder you choose.
- Mavrik conversations. Questions you ask StokCrew's AI assistant, its answers, and the actions you approve or decline.
- Usage and log data. Pages used, errors and similar technical events, to run and improve the App.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: syncing your Amazon data, calculating profit, forecasting demand, preparing reorders and running the features you use.
- To power AI features, as described below.
- To send service emails such as sync alerts, reports and account notices.
- To provide support, keep the Service secure, and prevent misuse.
- To improve the Service using aggregated information that does not identify you.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your Amazon data for anything other than providing the Service to you.
Legal bases (UK and EU)
We process personal information to perform our contract with you or take steps you ask for before one (such as creating your account), for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, to comply with the law, and with your consent where we ask for it.
Amazon and Google data
Data received through Amazon's APIs is used only to provide the Service to you, in line with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. You can revoke StokCrew's access at any time from Seller Central.
StokCrew's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
AI processing
Mavrik and other AI features send the parts of your data needed to answer a question or prepare a task to AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google). They process it on our behalf under business API terms that do not allow them to train their models on it. AI output can be wrong, so StokCrew asks for your approval before acting, unless you choose to allow automatic actions within rules you set.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage)
- Google Cloud (application servers and data warehouse)
- Vercel (website and app hosting)
- Cloudflare (domain, email routing and visitor statistics)
- Brevo (service email delivery)
- Amazon Web Services (receiving Amazon notifications)
- OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (AI features)
- Slack, Gmail and Google Drive, only if you connect them
We may also share information with professional advisers, when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, subject to confidentiality.
How long we keep it
- Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your data from Settings in the App, or ask us at admin@stokcrew.com; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit, an encrypted database for stored data including Amazon and Google access tokens, access controls that keep each seller's data separate, and least-privilege access for our own systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
International transfers
GloBox is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where UK or EU law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Email admin@stokcrew.com to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
