Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between GloBox LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("GloBox", "we", "us"), and the business or person using StokCrew ("you"). They cover the website at stokcrew.com and the app at app.stokcrew.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

StokCrew is software for running an Amazon seller business. We keep improving it: features and limits may change, and some features listed on our pricing page are still rolling out. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you use.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Amazon and other connected services

You authorize StokCrew to access your Amazon seller and advertising accounts, and any other service you connect, on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with Amazon's agreements and policies and with the terms of every connected service. StokCrew is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and other providers can change or limit their services at any time, which may affect StokCrew features.

Changes made through StokCrew to your Amazon account, your suppliers or other connected services, such as price edits, shipments, purchase orders or emails, are made on your instruction and are your responsibility.

4. AI features

Mavrik and other AI features generate answers and suggestions automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important output before relying on it. Actions are only taken with your approval, or automatically within rules you set if your plan offers and you enable it. Forecasts, profit figures and reimbursement findings are estimates based on the data available and are not guarantees.

5. Your data

You own the data you bring to the Service. You give GloBox a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You confirm you have the right to provide the data you upload, including information about suppliers and team members.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service in breach of any law or of Amazon's policies, including to manipulate reviews or rankings;
• access another seller's data, probe or overload the Service, or get around its security or usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.

7. Plans and fees

Plans, limits and prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices, and we will tell you before a change applies to you. Fees for paid plans are charged in advance for each billing period, are exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you go over your plan's limits we may ask you to move to a larger plan or buy an add-on.

8. Our property

The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to GloBox and its licensors. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 5, 8 and 10 to 13 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, GloBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, and does not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce any particular business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GloBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. GloBox's total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate GloBox for claims, losses and costs arising from your data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your breach of Amazon's or another provider's terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Service or these Terms, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, each party will first try to resolve the dispute in good faith by email for 30 days.

14. General

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here; significant changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Service.
